Over the past 40 years, GCCOC  Group has been committed to localized operations in overseas markets and has signed more than 700 infrastructure projects. A total of 283 connectivity projects, 68 comprehensive urban water supply projects and 36 livelihood improvement projects have been completed in Africa, including nearly 20 key projects involving the Belt and Road Initiative and 11 key bilateral cooperation projects financed by the Export-Import Bank of China. We know that infrastructure is a necessary basic condition for the development of a country, we cherish the valuable input of customers, and strive to ensure that the quality of the executed projects is excellent, and won the unanimous praise of the owners and local people.
During the implementation of the "Belt and Road" Initiative, the construction of transport infrastructure such as roads and Bridges has provided a guarantee for the implementation of "connectivity", helping local economic and social development while providing convenience for people to travel. In the past 40 years of our growth in Africa, we have built more than 40 Bridges of various types, and completed or under construction about 10,000 kilometers of roads.
Nile River Major Bridgein Ethiopia
The Nile River Major Bridge is the first prestressed concrete continuous rigid frame bridge in Ethiopia, and is currently the largest single span road bridge in Ethiopia. The completion of the bridge has completely ended the isolation between the two sides, effectively promoted regional exchanges and facilitated the livelihood of local people.

The Rehabilitation and Expansion of the Outer Southern Expressway in Abuja, the capital of Nigeria
The project includes about 6.75 kilometres of two-way 10-lane road, four overpasses, four footbridges and other ancillary works, which is one of the highest-grade highway projects in Nigeria. The completion of the project effectively relieves the congestion in the capital city and drives the economic development of the neighbouring areas, and significantly improves the level of urban construction and the overall image of the city.

Nigeria-Cameroon Border Major Bridge Project
The full completion of the project has greatly promoted the development of industry and commerce in the border states of Nigeria and Cameroon, enhanced the friendly relations and commercial exchanges between the governments and people of the two countries, and promoted the cooperation between Central and West African countries. The project is a model of China-Africa cooperation under the framework of the "Belt and Road" Initiative, under which China joins hands with African countries to jointly promote the connectivity.

ONEX Expressway Project in Abuja, Nigeria
This project is a high-grade highway with the highest design standards and the most advanced supporting facilities since Nigeria's independence, and it is also the largest road project independently awarded to Chinese-funded enterprises in the Nigerian road and bridge market. The successful implementation of the project has alleviated traffic congestion in Abuja and improved the functioning of the city.
