CGCOC GROUP TCHAD CO., LTD was formally established in June 2004, is a wholly-owned subsidiary of CGCOC Group Co., LTD. It is currently headquartered in N'DJAMENA, the capital of Chad, and consists of Operations, Marketing, Finance, Human Resources Administration, Legal Affairs, Engineering, Security and Material Clearance departments.

Since entering Chad in early 2004, the company has made remarkable progress in many fields such as drilling Wells, water supply, roads, Bridges, farmland remediation, airports, housing construction and trade, and has actively expanded to a wider range of fields after several years of pioneering work from the initial one farmland remediation project. The company is currently working on projects worth hundreds of millions of dollars, up from tens of millions of dollars in 2004. At the same time, the company has attracted a group of outstanding overseas management talents, formed a Chinese management and technical team of hundreds of people, including cooperative units, and basically completed the transformation of the company from scratch, from small to large, and from large to strong.
