CGCOC CAMEROON LTD was established on May 26, 2004, is a holding subsidiary of CGCOC Group Co.,Ltd  and the office headquarters is located in Yaounde, the political capital of Cameroon.

Since its establishment, Cameroon Co., LTD., with the development goal of building a professional water platform in Cameroon, inheriting the development concept of "creating wealth through cooperation and seeking development through innovation" and the business idea of "one-stop service and integrated development", provides solutions integrating project implementation and management, design consultation and support for projects in the field of water supply in Cameroon.

CGCOC CAMEROON LTD has also been the vice president of the Association of Chinese enterprises in Cameroon. The business qualification of Cameroon Limited company is: civil engineering, public works, water supply projects (including well drilling, irrigation, water tower and dam construction), oil and mineral exploitation, forestry and agricultural cultivation, import and export trade and bulk wholesale. Before 2017, the company focused on developing the field of water supply, and completed the Douala Urban Water Supply Project Phase I (2008-2009), Douala Urban Water Supply Project Phase II (2010-2013), and Nine Urban Water Supply Project phase I (2014-2017) with high quality. In recent years, with the requirements of the company's business development, as well as the further improvement of business and technical capabilities, it has gradually entered the road field, and has successfully completed the 85 standard road project funded by the African Development Bank (53 kilometers) and 181 Standard road project (63 kilometers), which has been praised by the owners.
