On February 12, 2025, the Addis Africa International Conference and Exhibition Center (AAICE), constructed by CGCOC Ethiopia, was officially put into operation and welcomed its first exhibition. From February 13 to 17, AAICE will host the Ethiopia 2025 Exhibition themed "Celebrating Ethiopia's Industry, Innovation, and Future." Meanwhile, AAICE will serve as a venue for the 38th African Union Summit scheduled for February 15-16.

The successful operation of AAICE will significantly enhance Ethiopia's competitiveness and appeal in the international conference and exhibition market holding great importance for promoting Ethiopia's economic prosperity and fostering international cultural exchange and cooperation.

Located northeast of Ethiopia's capital, Addis Ababa, AAICE covers an area of 20,000 square meters, with a total building area of 50,000 square meters. It is Ethiopia's first modern international conference and exhibition project, featuring building units such as commercial buildings, exhibition halls, dining halls and a concourse as well as supporting facilities such as smooth lands for large-scale business conferences and exhibitions.
