Douala Water Supply Phase II Project is a key foreign-aid project determined by the Ministerial Conference of the Forum on China Africa Cooperation, which has solved the drinking water problem of about 2 million people in Douala and greatly improved the local people's livelihood. The project has built the largest cross-river water delivery pipeline and the largest water tower in the China-Africa Community, which also shows the strength of China's infrastructure.
